Who We Are

GL&L Holdings is a private lender based in Houston, Texas, providing direct, private financing to real estate investors, including Fix & Flip, New Construction, Undeveloped Land, DSCR, Cash-Out Refinancing, and Foreign National loan programs. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or commitment to lend. All loan programs are subject to underwriting, eligibility review, and final approval.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Site or submit any form, including the Contact Us form, the Pre-Qualification form, or the Investor Trust Checklist download.
