This page describes the SMS Terms of Service for GL&L Holdings’ Borrower Account & Payment Reminder Program — the text messaging program available to borrowers who sign GL&L Holdings’ Text, Email & WhatsApp Message Consent Form. By opting in to this program, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
This program is limited to individuals with an active or pending loan transaction with GL&L Holdings. Through this program, GL&L Holdings may send SMS messages related to:
- Property and transaction updates
- Loan status and scheduling
- Payment reminders and account-servicing notifications
- Other communications directly related to your loan
This program does not include marketing, promotional, or investment-opportunity messages. Those are handled under a separate opt-in and are not sent through this program.
User Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our Text, Email & WhatsApp Message Consent Form, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from GL&L Holdings related to your loan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing property, obtaining a loan, or completing any transaction with GL&L Holdings.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your loan and account activity.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a final confirmation message after successfully opting out.
